Stored in the GlobalSetting table. Changes take effect immediately — no restart.
Update from SQL Server
Incremental only re-embeds rows changed since the watermark — fast, cheap. Full re-embeds every article (~$0.05 for 5,000 articles).
Remove a single article
Use this if a row was deleted from SQL Server. The article ID matches Knowledgebase.Id.
